I am pleased to greet you as the Governor of Gyeongsangnam-do, Park Wan-su.

This past May, Korea AeroSpace Administration, which will pioneer Korea’s new era of space exploration,

took its historic first step in Sacheon, Gyeongsangnam-do.

To commemorate this milestone, Gyeongsangnam-do is hosting  the 2024 Global Aerospace Industrial Forum & conference, gathering world-renowned space and aerospace experts and leading global enterprises.

Esteemed speakers, including representatives from DTU Space-National Space Institute Denmark, and the Committee on Space Research (COSPAR), will engage in profound discussions about the future of the aerospace industry and explore new directions for growth and innovation.

Through this forum, Gyeongsangnam-do aims to solidify its position as a global leader in the aerospace industry while strengthening collaborative networks among industry, academia, research institutions, and government bodies.
